Important Antique English Gilt Wood and Composition Girandole Mirror, the oval mirror plate within a leaf carved surround and within mirrored borders with crossed vine-form decoration. The cresting and pendant formed with scrolling leaf and paterae and the pendant with three vine and floral decorated candlearms. Early 19th century.

Fine pair of antique Neoclassical giltwood mirrors with rectangular mirror plates within moulded frames above D-shaped shelves with foliate decorated supports. Mid 19th Century.

Antique American Gilded Wood and Gesso Mirror. The thick turned columns of the frame with applied gesso decoration, were popular in the late Empire period, 1830-1850. Probably Philadelphia. There is a similar labeled example in The Henry Francis Dupont Winterthur Museum.
