A Dutch artist, Garjeanne worked mostly in Delft, where he also trained and studied, but spent the last six years of his life working in Hilversum. He was well-known for his watercolor landscapes, seascapes, and depictions of the Netherland’s many rivers. He was also a member of Amsterdam’s “Arti et Amicitiae”.
