Children by a Stream Frank James Turner (English, fl. 1863-1875 ) Oil on artist board in arched panel frame, signed. Turner was best known for his rustic and country subjects. He exhibited at both the British Institution and Society of British Artists, Suffolk Street. Turner is listed in the Dictionary of British Art, Vol. IV, Victorian Painters by Wood.
