Painting Sight Size: 15” x 22” Landscape painter Joseph Olaf Olson was born in Buffalo, Minnesota in 1894. Olson studied with George Bellows and F. Tadema. Olson was a member of the American Watercolor Society and exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art, Art Institute of Chicago, and American Watercolor Society. He also participated in two annuals of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and two Corcoran Gallery of Art Biennials.
