Mosher attended the Vesper School of Art and lives and works in Rockport, MA, where he is a member of the Rockport Art Association. He is also a member of the Guild of Boston Artists, the New England Watercolor Society, the Copley Society, the International Society of Marine Painters and the Salmagundi Club. He has been featured in Yankee Magazine and American Artist Magazine. His paintings hang in the Peabody Museum, the Portland (ME) Art Museum and the State House in Boston.
