Fine English Chippendale bombe-form tea chest in nicely figured mahogany veneer over deal, the stepped rectangular lid with brass carrying handle. Circa 1760. (key). (See Clark and O’Kelly, “Antique Boxes, Tea Caddies and Society”, Figure 304 for a related example.)
George III mahogany bidet, having rectangular, removable top opening to the original Wedgewood liner with an impressed mark which dates it to 1790-1800. The whole raised on turned, tapered legs.
Continental Candle Stand in calamander, having a hexagonal top and pillar with three downswept legs with gilt metal mounts.

ENGLISH REGENCY MUSIC STAND in mahogany, Circa 1800-1820. having a rectangular adjustable slope top with a hinged bookrest, a pillar support ending in three reeded and splayed legs with brass castors and an adjustable height brass lined square wooden shaft inside the column, fixed by a brass thumbscrew.

Rare Pair of Grand Tour Bronze Candlesticks, each having a single candlecup above a bronze urn with entwined snake-form handles, leafage decoration and mounted on a polished slate base. Circa 1860 (previously wired).

Fine Late Regency Papier-Mâché Tray having a shaped gallery with gilt stencil decoration and inlaid with mother of pearl. English, circa 1835, mounted on a later bamboo form ebonized stand.

Exceptional George III Serpentine Chest of Drawers or Commode in the French Manner having a moulded edge serpentine top with overhanging sides above two over three conforming drawers, rounded front corners and bold bracket feet. The drawer sides and bottoms are mahogany which is unusual since it was the most expensive wood during the 18th Century. Brass pulls may be original, escutcheons replaced...
Fine small French ormolu and marble candlestick with a fluted shaft above a circular beaded foot and white marble base with floral mounts. Mid-19th century, now wired as a lamp.

Important Antique English Gilt Wood and Composition Girandole Mirror, the oval mirror plate within a leaf carved surround and within mirrored borders with crossed vine-form decoration. The cresting and pendant formed with scrolling leaf and paterae and the pendant with three vine and floral decorated candlearms. Early 19th century.

Exceptional late Regency sarcophagus form box in well figured mahogany with recessed brass handles and brass ball feet. English, circa 1820.
Antique American Gilded Wood and Gesso Mirror. The thick turned columns of the frame with applied gesso decoration, were popular in the late Empire period, 1830-1850. Probably Philadelphia. There is a similar labeled example in The Henry Francis Dupont Winterthur Museum.
